Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter-at room temperature
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- ½ tbsp. salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
In a bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until the mixture is smooth.
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Stir this into the butter mixture. Add and stir in chocolate chips. Drop the dough using a tablespoon onto buttered baking sheets. Bake in a 400° oven until the cookies are lightly browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Let the cool and enjoy your perfect cookies.
