This recipe is gluten free
Ingredients:
- 3 organic bananas
- 3.5 oz. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 5 oz. oatmeal
- 1.5 fl oz. palm oil or any other oil (optional)
- 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Mash the bananas with a spoon or blend them in a blender. Mix the banana mash, oatmeal, coconut and vanilla sugar. Line your pan with baking paper and use a spoon to form your cookies. Bake for 15-20 minutes until your cookies turn brown.
